Friend's nails #2

Hello darlings :)

As you know from my previous post, I am using my friends and their nails for blog this week. My nails are just not taking colder weather too well.

So this time I was doing Nina's nails. She wanted some glitter and we decided that it would look best on black background. I once again used gold glittery nail polish from Manhattan and I must say that love it more and more, each time I use it.

We decided for the simplest design, but it looks great. Almost like professional manicure :) I know I am bragging right now, but I just LOVE the design (and her nails) :)

I made this manicure on Saturday,  today is Tuesday and it's still perfect.

And f you are wondering, this are her natural nails! And I am so jealous of her, because of this.

I hope you like this manicure a we do and I promise I will try using less black and less glitter :D

Friend's nails #1

Hello darlings :)

Because my nails needed some rest, I am exploiting my friends this week and borrowing their nails for my blog :)

First is Kat. Her nails are so long and it was a pleasure using them. She wanted red nails and I suggested a little twist, so we made ombre red nails.

As base I used red nail polish (one coat of 45P and over one coat of Fame fatal - you can find all polishes at the end of this post) and applied black and red, on middle and ring finger, using sponge technique.

The final result reminds me on vampire nails. I like it and most importantly: Kat likes it :)

I will hopefully have one more friend's nails modeling for me this week, so fingers crossed :)

NOTD #3

Hello darlings :)

Today's manicure is inspired by one of my favorite dresses, with a gorgeous flowery detail. I used OPI Bubble Bath as base and stamped over with Konad m65 on middle and ring finger and on thumb and pinkie I used Manhattan Lotus Effect 10S with small gold and green glitter (but the greens aren't so visible). And on my index finger I used Bourjois 150 years of colour in 2006 for the lovely gold colour.

I just love the flower design, I am not master of Konad palettes (yet ;)), but I still think that this manicure turned out quite well. Kind of pure and sophisticated.
